I'm here to pump you up

I started working out when I was about 16 years old and I've stuck with it ever since. I've learned a great deal about the body and how important it is to stay fit.

Since I usually go to the gym at lunch, I have reduced my "non-cardio" workouts to abdominals and 1 major muscle group (about 45-60 minutes). Heres a breakdown by muscle group:

Single Muscle Workout:

Chest

Triceps

Shoulders

Back

Legs

Biceps

Cardio Workout:

40 minutes Treadmill, Stationary Bicycle, Stairmaster (any combination)

45-120 minutes Racquetball

45-120 minutes Squash

45-120 minutes Tennis

45-120 minutes Outdoor Bicycling

Abdominal Workout:

200 Crunches, 50 Leg Lifts, 25 Side Bends - Each Side

This is a great Daily Workout. If you do this workout 4 times a week, you're gonna start to see some noticeable results in about 1 month (if you don't already weight 300 pounds...I mean, I can't work miracles).

I like to flex my pecs at Golds Gym. Golds is a great place to workout if your wanna get in and get out. They have great equipment and there's always somebody there bigger than me which gives me a little extra incentive to get pumped.
