Geno's Condo

What a cool place to live....

Mercer Park

I bought my condo in May of 1996.  It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with about 1100 sq. ft. and a private garage.

Since my purchase, I have painted the whole interior, replaced the carpet with a high pile Berber, installed ceramic tile in the kitchen/bathrooms and put a ceiling fan in the vault of my living room. I'm still working on quite a few projects at home, but it's all to make my place a little more enjoyable.

I shot this picture from my balcony (wish I had a hot tub on my balcony).

Some interesting things about the location of Mercer Park.

The Spirit of Washington dinner train chugs by every day at about 7:30pm and 9:30pm. The train ride lasts about 3 hours and makes it's way from Renton, WA up to the Columbia Winery in Woodinville, WA.

One of the greatest hike & bike trials passes by Mercer Park. When I jump on my bike, I can ride to work (9 miles S), Seattle (10 miles W), Issaquah (7 miles E) or Woodinville (8 miles N) without much danger of motorized traffic.
